Thank you, but it looks like I was pretty far off.
I identified an American 90mm artillery shell, when it was actually a Chinese 107mm rocket. About all I got was that it's bigger than small-arms, spin-stabilzed, and HE.
I don't mind kudos, but I prefer to earn them.
