Now don't get me wrong, this in no way is meant as criticism nor am I trying to start a gunfight between active duty and reserve components. This is simpily my observations over the time I spent dealing with this. The bottom line, however, will still be the individual, what he does, and how he does it and not where in the AD/NG food chain he stands. Personally I am proud of you all that have decided to take up the call be it active or NG.
