Howdy,
First of all I would like to thank you all for allowing outsiders not only a glimpse into your community but the opportunity to ask questions and learn. I'm a SSgt reservist C-5 Loadmaster in the U.S. Chair Force with almost 6 years and 2000 hours. In late 2001 and early 2002 I had the privilege of working with a few members of Special Forces in the relocation of their unit. Their quiet professionalism and fierce intensity were inspiring and was a far cry from the posturing and bravado I was used to from Air Force pilots. I resolved that when my obligation to the Air Force was completed I was going to throw my hat in the ring and see how I stacked up. In August I graduate from college and finish my enlistment and will then pursue my options for a career in Special Forces.
