Might work for the average stupid crime breaker but....
First, you have tp place one on the car. How did the chase start?
Second, how long before more smart crime breakers start using two cars. How many times have we read "The get away car was found abandoned in a parking lot."?
High Tec is neat but just another tool in the tool box.
