Not to quibble but Hazelton's father refused to sign his sons letter of intent with USC. Since Hazelton is not 18 his fathers signature is required. It looks like he might end up at PSU.

Hazelton and Keiland Williams are both five-star players who have not made binding commitments yet. Hazelton sent his signed letter in, but it needs a parent signature to comply with the rules. His stepfather wants him to go to Penn State and is trying to convince him to do that. He has until April to make a final decision. Williams is deciding between USC and LSU.
