Reporting In
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to guest on this site. I'm currently a member of the U.S. Army. I've been in since 1991, as my name says I am a veteran of operations Restore/Continue Hope in Somalia, Uphold Democracy in Haiti, and Operation Joint Guard/Forge in Bosnia. I'm not an operator but I have done some support work with SOF forces in Somalia, and Bosnia. Nothing major fixed a few HMMWV's, and stuff like that. At one time in my career I was considering attempting to try out for SF. I never did, however I would like some advice on a good conditioning program to be able to build up for my APFT and possibly attend Air Assault School.
