IIRC, OBL did have a "message" that stated there would be a "truce". It was directed towards the Europeans, in a hope to drive a wedge between us and the Europeans, in Iraq. Something along the lines of ... "You pull your troops out and my band of unguided misfits won't hurt you."
The thing that has me a little concerned is, OBL let's on of these "messages" out and somewhere one of his groups lets go with some type of attack.
Well.....We do have the Super Bowl coming up.
It's in Detroit MI. Which is directly North of Canada and is close to the great lakes and a "gateway" into the Atlantic. An easy way to smuggle an "Item" in.
