I just caught a portio9n but Kerry stated that there are two main problems holding back stability in Iraq. One was the Baathists wanting back into power. He stated that these problems cannot be solved with guns. He is so correct. However we can't even begin to address these problems without guns on the ground to secure the situation. He "forgot" that.
