When it comes to high class imbibers like me it is "Get it, pop it, and drink it."
All of those ettiquette things like reading the label, sniffing, swizzling etc take too long and spoi the fu Besides, 3/4 of the time a waiter brings a bottle of wine to the table to read the label, sniff, and test, the customer has no idea what he is doing anyway. I usually wave off the extras and say "POUR".
