All of those ettiquette things like reading the label, sniffing, swizzling etc take too long and spoi the fu Besides, 3/4 of the time a waiter brings a bottle of wine to the table to read the label, sniff, and test, the customer has no idea what he is doing anyway. I usually wave off the extras and say "POUR".
