The 38-page released document, titled "Our National Strategy for Victory in Iraq," attempts to define what victory in Iraq means in the short term, the "medium term" and the long term.

I just finished reading this. Some observations:

1. This manifesto has the potential to be as significant as the Marshall Plan.
2. It debunks and defangs the Democrats claims of No plan/No vision.
3. Today's POTUS speech, drawing from this manifesto, could be worth 5 to 10 points. (Opinion Polls not Dow, Dow could surpass 11,000 on this.)
4. I will sleep much better tonight having read this document.
5. I apologize for my earlier post.....I have to learn unmitigated faith in our President.
