Sorry I didn't introduce myself before posting a reply.
My name is SeekHer, I reside, now, in Manitoba, Canada where I have been a salesman for a retail household chemicals maker dealing with supermarkets, etc. I am recovering from a broken back, acquired while deer hunting, so I haven't worked in awhile...
I was a member of a Sayeret Nahal (Advanced Scouting Unit like Rangers) group of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) prior to, during and post the Yom Kipper War as a sniper in Egypt (WIA), The Sinai, Mt. Hermon (WIA) and the Golan Heights and lastly Lebanon (WIA) and after mustering out was on reserve duty in the Golan Heights--where the Kibbutz that I was a member in is still located...the duty was primarily tracking terrorists crossing over from Lebanon or Syria, ambushes and guard details in the border watchtowers...we were also primary units with the Border Patrol against the hashish caravans...yearly 30 day reserve duty is mandatory until age 55
