20th grp Recruitment question
 

A friends nephew is in an infantry company in Tallahassee, just came back from Iraq. He wants to go SF with the company in Ocala but was told he couldn't do it. He's been in for 18 months, enlistment was for 4 yrs. He was told he has to be E5 promotable, he's E4 now. Is there someone he should be talking to as in a SF recruiter instead of his own company?
