Just received an REI flyer in the mail today. From the 6th to the 15th, REI will be having some pretty decent sales on various items. For example, the MSR MIOX water purifier is $100 (normally $120), the Jetboil is $60 (normally $75), the Garmin eTrex Vista C is $270 (normally $375), and the MSR Dragonfly stove is $90 (normally $110). This is a good opportunity to pick up some good gear for decent prices (and without shipping costs, if you have a store near you).

The MSR MIOX water purifier goes for $379.00 in New Zealand?? That's something like $277.00 US.

Same thing in North europe, easy over 200us$+
