I voted other, so I will expound by saying Mekong

Dalmore 21 on the rocks. The perfect single malt for a Southern man raised on bourbon.

Scotch. Famous Grouse. I don't drink much, I avoid beer, so Scotch it is.

Saving my money for a bottle of the Gold Reserve. :lifter

Whisky...(that would be what one ordered on the Auld Sod)...a single malt...there, it gets tricky...Taliskers, MacAllan...hard to say...depends on the mood...and the money...always depends on the money...

I voted Canadian, Historically(snicker) I have preferred Canadian/rye to all others with the occasional exception of excellent single malt scotches and fine bourbons. Lately, Knob Creek and Bookers have been luring me to the dark side, but Forty Creek and Pendleton have been holding their own, along with the ever popular Crown Royal.

The Macallan, Fine Oak. As far as age goes, with either women or scotch anything younger than eighteen years is just … wrong.

Uhhh...after reading the responses I realize I may not be the most informed voter...JD and Rebel Yell is how we do it at school.

I voted other, don't have a preference due to the chemical incompatibilty that whiskey/scotch/ bourbon and I have. Makes me :mad:

The smoother and lighter colored ones don't get me too stupid. :D

Anyone know anything about the blended single malts, like Johnnie Walker Green? One of the wine mags said it was the hot scotch this year.

Paddy's Irish Whiskey. Since you can't get it in the States I'll usually go with Jameson or Bushmills.

When I used to actually consume it...JD on the rocks. Then, of course, out came Mr. Hyde. :eek:

Usually not a fan of blended firewater, but if you want to go that route JW Blue isn’t bad.
