Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit 1 slice whole wheat toast 8 Oz. skim milk Lunch: 4 Oz. lean broiled chicken breast 1 cup steamed zucchini 1 Oreo cookie Herbal tea Mid Afternoon Break: Remainder of package of Oreo cookies 1 quart Rocky Road ice cream 1 jar hot fudge topping Dinner: 2 loaves garlic bread Large Pepperoni & Mushroom (double cheese) pizza Large pitcher of beer (light beer recommended) Large candy bar (optional) Entire frozen cheesecake eaten directly from freezer DIET TIPS & GUIDELINES: 01 If no one sees you eat it - It has no calories 02 If you drink diet soda with a candy bar, they cancel each other out. 03 When eating out with someone, calories do not count if you both eat the same amount. 04 Foods used for medicinal purposes NEVER count. Examples include: Hot Chocolate; Brandy; Total; Cheesecake 05 If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner. 06 Movie related foods do not count because they are simply part of the entire entertainment experience and are not part of one's personal fuel. Examples: Milk Duds, Popcorn with extra butter, Junior Mints, Red Licorice 07 Cookie pieces contain no calories. The breakage process causes extreme caloric leakage. |
