OK - Rant fucking on-

It is incredible to me looking back on how the events of 9/11 diverted the vector of not only our Nation, but the world at large. How it changed the activities of my career, how many sacrifices, and developments, were expedited out of both stupidity and necessity.
What pains me more - is the lack of importance placed on the events of that day - how "Live Laugh Love, Tolerate, COEXIST" have permeated the very fabric of our Republic.
Conspiracy theories aside regarding the towers, their uniform collapse, building 7's implosion, "Israel was behind it", there were forwarnings with the elites taking out insurance policies and missing their first day of work in YEARS etc... The radical ideology that IS ISLAM was brought to spotlight for the world to see and endure.

Public beheadings, burning people alive in cages, submerging them while GoPro's filmed them drowning, open torture, the beating of women, stoning of Christians, child marriage etc... now ALL on display for the world to see.

And yet - we forget.
We put Islamists into office with their PUBLISHED 100yr plan for colonization and conversion of the US population; And they boast on following it chapter and verse. They OPENLY acknowledge they are utilizing our laws to their advantage, death to america, celebrate the death of every soldier. A now "quiet Jihad".
Dearborn MI is now 54% Muslim.
Texas has over 700 "Islamist centers". The call to prayer blasting loud and proud 5 times a day over the entirety of the towns.
"EPIC", in Texas, now renamed "The Meadow" is a planned 1000 home "Muslim only" community on over 400 acres.
A Pakistani Muslim in the Virginia house just drafted a bill to FORBID OWNERSHIP of firearms in the state of VA, it has passed every legislative hurdle and is going to their ultra left governor for signature.

MY life, my FAMILY's lives, and the lives of tens of thousands of others, military and civilian, was forever changed that day.

How is so many can so easily forget and re-write the history that "Some people did some thing in New York that day"; Ilhan Omar's famous quote.

25 years on, and we have "moved on" and welcomed Islam to our town councils, school boards, district representatives, congress and (dare I say) in a closeted President who publicly stated in his speech in Cairo in 2009, just EIGHT YEARS after 9/11, when we were having to COUNT rounds going in and out of the wire, having to request permission to engage while on the battlefield, while there were MOUNTAINS of paperwork to "apply for a kill order on anyone considered an HVT"...

I had just spent 17months in SADR City and Adhamiya - I can tell you from the number of patients I treated, body bags I filled, service members I (LITERALLY) had to HOSE out of vehicles from IED / EFP hits, patrols I was on, engagements I was in that there was no "tolerance" being shown.

You can't argue with your synopsis Eagle...They are definetley using our freedoms against us.
The freedoms that have made us such a great country are being used against us, we may have no alternative but to find some way to protect our way of life and values..without trampling freedoms...
