If I thought for 1 minute that Bill Clinton had been a friend of the military I would have no issue with this. |

Somehow I think the WJC should have been a Sub….. goin’ down is kinda a Clintoon thing….. |
I've learned that it is no longer worth the blood pressure points to worry or care about the names they paint on the side of a boat. Republicans are gonna try and name them all after crooked republicans and the democrats are gonna try and name them all after activists and pedophiles.
I don't care any more. They may as well name these mother fuckers like a bass boat - besides it isn't going to impact the quality of the seaman down in the bowels... Since ship names have been turned into as much an honor as the Noble Pizza Prize and the Residential Metal of Freedumb here are a few more names they should consider for the next round of new boats... The Pier Pressure The Rest a Shore The Skipper’s Girl Overboard The Skipper’s Boi What’s Up Dock? Feeling Nauti 5 O’Clock Somewhere The Starfish The Wrinkled Starfish Vitamin Sea The Dreamboat The Luv Boat The Gravy Boat The Aqua-holic Fin and Tonic Deez Knots Ship Happens ...probably a few others but the more I think about it - fuck boats |
I don't care much either but, IF they learn how to drive & stop running into each other, they could name some after the MEN of the Taffy-3 group in the Battle off Samar.

$Bill literally cut our military to the tune of what amounted to the world's fourth biggest military (if I recall correctly).
He also crippled the Army by putting most of our combat power into the National Guard; a brilliant political move that ensured if we ever got into "the big one" we'd have automatic hometown support. There problem is that WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE GUARD SPECIAL FORCES UNITS, the Guard never deployed combat units into independent combat operations. We spent twenty years experimenting with his fuckery and it just flat-out didn't work. You can't expect a Guard unit to master the individual, squad, platoon, company, battalion, brigade collective tasks in 39 days when active duty units rarely achieve them in 365 days, even if the Guard units are in a five year year-of-readiness posture. |
