New Banking Fees
 
Yesterday, 03/01/2024 made a cash deposited $873.66 in BOA...
today: Charged a 2% fee for a machine to count cash, or a new effort to force transaction via CC and limit cash use in society.

With the caveat that I don't know personal circumstances might drive you to bank there, I'll just suggest that you're with the wrong bank, sir. Tales like this make me appreciate my local credit union even more.

My own personal grudge against BoA is that they're one of those that voluntarily went to the FBI after Jan 6th and said "Bye the way, we can rack & stack CC transactions of people if you want to find gun/ammo purchases, nefarious looking MAGA stuff, etc. No subpoena necessary." Previously BOA embraced the Obama administration's Opn CHOKE POINT like a long-lost hot 2nd cousin.
