Wisconsin: Hmong-Lao Veteran's Day
 

He's still the Worst Governor Evers, but his signature is on the Exec Order and it was nice to see. I know some gents "of a certain vintage" may appreciate this as they had personal relationships with these little brown people in various capacities. There is a pretty good community in western WI. Exec Order attached; flags will be at half-staff tomorrow.

I agree that they deserve to be remembered for the sacrifices they made.

Yards....always caught between that rock and hard place....good event.

I have read (and heard in oral histories) more than once of the idea of "let's point them north & take care of that problem and then turn them around pointed toward Saigon and let 'em finish the job."
