A homeowner’s association (HOA) in Tennessee threatened to fine a resident $100 after her car left a phallic-shaped image in the condo’s parking lot following a light dusting of snow, a report said Tuesday.

HOAs are where petty dictators are incubated. Then they move on to School Boards, City Councils, and eventually Congress.

Calling BS on the whole story. Where are the tire marks that would be left when the car puled out? You can see tracks in the background. If it "dusted" enough to fill them in it would have filled in the blank spot...or am i missin' sumpin'?...other than a liberal display of how stupid these dickheads really are...or they think everybody else is.

As to the HOA Condo Natzies,, they are real,, and really stupid.. I have some on my condo board. They exist because sane people don't want the job. After 2, 3, 4 elections they grow in their own self-richness egos.
