DC sniper Lee Boyd Malvo's life sentence thrown out
"Federal Judge" going full retard.
I personally don't give a shitte if the guy was white, black, hispanic, or asian, if you plan to kill and kill 10 people you deserve to die. We are a 3rd world nation. I'm at a loss for words. But if this piece of shit gets out maybe a real sniper will come for him. :munchin DC sniper Lee Boyd Malvo's life sentence thrown out By Fox 5 DC Published May 26, 2017 A federal district court judge has overturned the sentence of Lee Boyd Malvo, one of the two people convicted in D.C.-area Beltway sniper attacks nearly 15 years ago, according to a ruling released Friday. Malvo was sentenced to life in prison without parole for the sniper-style attacks committed around the region in October 2002 along with John Allen Muhammad. Ten people were killed and three others were shot during a three-week period. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/05/26...hrown-out.html |
You have to be kidding me. Both of those turkeys should have gotten the chair years ago. It is getting almost impossible to respect to the judicial system.

I'm leaning toward TS's sniper solution. One shot, (etc, etc). |
Not a retrial. He's already been convicted of capital murder in two states with aggravating circumstances. He's going to get a new sentencing trial in one or both states. If one has the death penalty they could go there (but not likely) he's already cost the states millions.

TS is right. Pop him. |
I say empty the prisons...
Lets go full retard together. Empty the prison, and put the police on vacation. |
Was he not the actual shooter.....the adult drove and he shot from the trunk.

Judge Raymond Jackson
appointed by the impeached president. I'm sure he's a member of BLM too........... Lee Boyd Malvo I now hope you get out so someone has the chance to hunt you down like the bottom-feeding scum you really are..... |
Randomly assassinate ten people from ambush at age 17 and claim you did not know it was wrong?
Will this this punk ever be a productive member of society? I cannot imagine him ever doing anything positive. And what about the suffering of his victims and their families. Any remorse? Lucky to get LWOP. I would have preferred to see him get a short drop on a long rope; to save the taxpayers money, deter others, and likely prevent future offenses by the scumbag. And it isn't the little weasel pulling this, it is a whole crew of lawyers trying to save the poor wretch from the consequences of his murderous actions. Our legal system is becoming a total fraud. I would also like to see them locate a halfway house for him next door to the judge and Malvo's attorneys could demonstrate their faith in his rehabilitation. TR |
Commute the sentence from life to 60 years and then parole. It was done in Iowa back in 2012 by Governor Branstad. These POS's do not have to be released.
Lawyers acting for prisoners given mandatory life without parole sentences for murders they committed aged 13 to 17 are vowing to challenge the governor of Iowa, Terry Branstad, over his open defiance of a recent US supreme court ruling that bans such penalties. Branstad, a Republican, wielded his executive powers last week to ensure, in effect, that none of the 38 juvenile murderers in Iowa who were sentenced to die in captivity will ever become free. The governor commuted their sentences, as he is required to under the supreme court judgement issued in June that prohibits mandatory life without parole sentences for offenders convicted of murders they committed under the age of 18. But Branstad went on openly to confound the ruling of the highest court in the nation by imposing an alternative 60-year sentence on all of Iowa's 38 prisoners in that position. Taking their median age at the time of offences to be 15, that would mean that the first time these individuals could even apply for parole would be at the age of 75. https://www.theguardian.com/law/2012...ile-sentencing |
