Local to me. Such things not a surprise anymore. Last month, Friday, 11 November, I drove over one evening to bring some donuts & still-warm fritters to a group of in-patient guys (w/o wheels) who were having a little get-together and was struck by the giant flashing LED message board in front of the main building. And I thought, "Yeah, nothing says "We Care" like the sign that says URGENT CARE CLOSED on Veteran's Day.
