The citizens of Mexico can identify with the "raiders" and are motivated to beat the "texans."

Definitely a RICO-candidate for sustained kidnapping apparently if you ask the AZ Cardinals these days. (Not counting the officials who were demoted following an Arizona game last year.) Could it be that the cartel has made inroads into the country sufficient that they're deriving income from the sports book too...?
