FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law

FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law.

Now if I or anyone else with TSSCI SAP Access did the same thing Hillary Clinton did we'd go straight to prison. Ergo Clinton is above American Law.

FBI Now Has Solid Evidence To Convict Hillary Clinton, Says Judge Andrew Napolitano
by Val Powell

Hillary Clinton is currently leading in the Democratic presidential race, but that does not mean the road to becoming the Democratic presidential nominee is a shoo-in. One issue that has repeatedly weighed down her campaign is her use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Clinton’s use of a private email server is the target of an ongoing FBI investigation, and it poses a threat to her political aspirations. In fact, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the agency has solid evidence to indict and convict her.

Napolitano said on The O’Reilly Factor that the “FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said the “evidence of her guilt is overwhelming.”

FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law

It's an easy litmus test:

Would any other "American" go to jail for doing the same exact thing Hillary Clinton did with her TSSCI SAP Access and storage of her emails relating to them on her "home" computer.

FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law

I seriously doubt the FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton was going to do a damn thing. The FBI just wanted America to think they were conducting an investigation of Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is above the laws of America.

SF-TX 04-26-2016 09:44

If Hillary Clinton is not indicted for what would clearly result in us less equal animals being imprisoned, any vestiges of trust in the Department of Justice true Americans are still clinging to will forever be extinguished.

Hillary makes Edward Snowden look like an amateur...

I was not aware that the Department of Justice was in possession of the full trust of the American public.
I thought that ship had sailed.

It sailed for me quite some time ago.

I had heard rumors that the FBI/DOJ was simply waiting on the DNC nomination before moving forward. I am clinging to that hope, but history has shown me that the Clintons seem to get away with everything.

I wonder how many people in the FBI the Clintons could have disappeared before people started to get suspicious?

H-> America !!

Hillary Clinton is above the law. The DoJ and FBI, nothing but left wing tools

Department of Justice and the Bureau of Investigation is going to do nothing to any left-wing, progressive, socialist.

The Department of Justice and the Bureau of Investigation for the last seven years has been nothing but the armed wing of the democratic/progressive/socialist movement.

Hillary Clinton is above the law.

Otherwise the corrupt bitch would already be facing a prison term for taking foreign bribes as Sec of State.

I find it amusing that anyone in the Secret Service would actually guard such a pathetic bottom-feeding loser. Some folks don't give a damn where their money comes from or how they earn it.

A SS agent once asked "why don't you apply, were hiring?". I intimated similar sentiments...luckily...he felt the same and understood.

I still have faith in DOJ. Faith enough to dedicate years, money, and effort to be one of its public servant.

I must admit this entire debacle is utterly disgusting though. America is supposed to be that beacon on the hill. That faith is shaken for sure.

What would a CA or PO or ODA or OO or an attache team leader say when the host nation he's advising for more transparent legal system throws this ugly truh back at him?

I applaud your faith.
Sincerely, I applaud your faith.

Things like this really do shine a light on our hypocrisy in the scenario that you suggest. I'll tell you what I do when I am in the situation you speak of - I change the subject. I offer a warm beverage and some American style snacks as a distraction, and I change the subject.
Then, later on I try to take a hot shower to wash off the hypocrisy.

This scenario isn't new. My first experience was when we were in Haiti and we were engaged in a discussion about failures of the legal system...
...and OJ Simpson had recently been found NOT-guilty.
...and again in Africa in the late 90's while discussing political corruption, and our president had just been impeached after sodomizing a woman with a cigar and lying about it. (something that resulted in the rest of us being told to carry an Army Values card)
...and now, we stand by and watch the circus of an SF guy being forced from service as a direct/indirect result of becoming violent with a child molester that resulted in a painful fight to vindicate himself
...because we are not allowed to "proselytize" or engage in cultural disputes

I have been a cynical sarcastic prick for quite some time and my default setting is to withhold faith from ALL government entities, including the US military.
We need people that have faith in our systems but sadly, my tank is empty.
