Normally I would say 'Who cares?' But the value of the argument it makes for not letting these animals into our country supercedes any sympathy I don't have for reporters.

Any emergency immigration situation is going to have this issue.
However, I did noticed at one point an "elder" tried to "step in".

The issue seems to be this isn't happening enough
Were is the community discipline, where are the elders, advising the younger, to toe the line, or there will be repercussions dished out by the community.
