USC being sued for wrongful termination.

Oh man, this is great. As a USC fan I can't stop laughing at the Libtards rules. Alcoholism is considered a disability, so....

Although absence from work due to alcoholism is problematic to the employer, if an employee is attempting to access professional help in combating their disease, an employer cannot hold the absence against them. The ADA and FMLA provide this level of leniency in part to encourage individuals who are suffering from alcoholism to seek the treatment they need without worrying about being fired from work for doing so.

Might be hard to prove he was drinking on the job. Easy to prove that he was getting treatment when he was fired. BUT he is the USC coach and he wasn't doing great.

This could go either way, which definately points to a settlement at less than the $12M that Sark wants but significantly more than the $0.0M that the university wants.

I think that Sark is going to get his contract buyout after all. But we'll see.

Well, Sark did show up to some team meetings like Joe Rogan in his early UFC announcing days. He showed up to a meeting drunk as a skunk on the day after the Washington loss, which lead to him being fired.

Pat Haden should be the next on the firing list. His coaching decisions, yelling and arguing with officials, and over all handling of USC athletics in the last 6 years should be enough.
