So, three guys were doing coke and sodomizing each other at a motel in Anne Arundel, then two of them stole the car of the third and fled, wearing the women's clothes they'd brought to the party. Still wasted on coke, they sped down the highway, took the (very clearly marked) NSA exit, panicked, and refused to stop for the gate guards. Hilarity ensued.


Not terrorism, but certainly a cautionary tale...
