What he is is a Navy officer that went into the Naval Reserve when he left active service.
As a reserve naval Officer he treated with the enemy (in Paris) during a time of active conflict without permission.
He was discharged with a 'Less than Honorable' discharge that was latter 'pardoned' by a President before he left office......

The reason he never let his records go public...his 'Less than Honorable' is on record and all of the navy's written refusals to upgrade it over the years on his yearly request.

He is worse than a maroon....he is a service man that stepped on other servicemen to further his political career.

He walked away like Bergdahl did, only publically, then lied about his 'platoon'.

That question is an insult to morons everywhere. . .
