All those disaffected in China might be fertile but there may be opportunity, also.

I suspect that China is close to the bottom of the list of people that ISIS wants to fuck with.

ISIS does not fear the USA and that is why they are so brazen and overt in their display of contempt for the west.
...the infidels from the far east would be a lot less tolerant of ISIS' behavior and ISIS knows it.
