While sent to ISIS many of the paragraphs apply to all groups such as Boko Haram, Hamas, etc, etc, etc.

Very interesting. Too little too late however. This letter should have been written 1,000 years ago. It will no doubt fall on fanatical deaf ears: Ears best filled with 5.56.

That's great that a bunch of muslim scholars got together and put this out, however, there is also 14 centuries of history that greatly contradicts what they have put to paper. I invite anyone reading this to actually get a koran, a reliance of the traveler, and "The Life of Muhammad" and then come back and read what they wrote. If what they are saying is true why haven't any of the schools of jurisprudence come to the same conclusion? There appears to be a great deal of miscommunication in the muslim communities which has proven fatal to ten's of millions of people (if not hundreds of millions) over the last millennium plus.
