Actually, that's the irony of the situation. On death roll he will be in solitary and under 23hr/day lockdow. The appellate sysyem in CA causes those condemned to wait 20-30 years for execution.

It has been said that if he got Life and was put in the general population he would be dead within two years.

I hear on the news that with the backlog in Cali, it will be no sooner than 27 years before they get to him . . .barring all problems. Guess he'll be used to sitting on bar stools by then . . .

VERY surprised to see him convicted...even more so for the death penalty...instead of hanging or electric chair, they need to type and cross match him for organ donations....simple clean...and maybe he can be of some use to society.

As a guy who is twice divorced, I can not understand why guys kill their ex...just makes no sense to me.

Lastly I have little respect for his parents too....They should be acting like the Hacking family.
