I've been approached by this company to begin exporting this product. Has anyone seen our used anything like this? Does it look like it would be of interest for practical battlefield use?

Depends on how it works.

Can it "see" a individual crawling that far away? The only way to really test it would be against snipers both in spotting and stalking (targets).

I got the answer, no it will not detect a slow moving sniper.
