Social Security judges rubber stamp claims
Amid complaints about lengthy waits for Social Security benefits, congressional investigators say nearly 200 administrative judges have been rubber-stamping claims, approving billions of dollars in defense payments from the cash-strapped program.
Can't say that this suprises me. It's too easy to get as far as I'm concerned. I know a number of people who are all drawing SSDI and everyone of them could probably still be working. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/report...142057018.html |

I've had Pt. Wanting me to certify them for SSI. First I don't do disability medicine. Second, I told him no. He was in a wheelchair. His mouth, brain, and arms still worked, so I counseled him about being a helpless victim and to keep fighting. This was NM so it was a losing battle on my part. Too many feel entitled to others money.

If you want to get angry, go hang out at a local criminal docket and count the number of criminals that claim to disabled.
