Bowe's conviction of Treason,, or How do you live with Command Influence from POTUS??

I think there is enough evidence to invoke a formal Article 32 hearing on the conduct of Bowe, up to and including after his exit from his post.

I also think the likelihood of finding enough data, will lead the judge to allow a court martial to go forward.

If POTUS or SECDEF opens their mouth to encourage or deride the Article 32 hearing, what court do you go to??
