The Washington Times is reporting that Jay Carney resigns as the White House Press Secretary. Does anyone think the timing of this resignation is related to his likely being served a subpoena to appear before the select committee investigating Benghazi? Or was it the VA scandal? Or the IRS scandal?

Maybe Jay has some character after all and decided he cannot lie to Congress and the American people and continue to support the meme? I don't believe in coincidences. Very curious timing to me.
