You have to reach 100 posts first. It won't let me because of the user group I'm in (I'm assuming).

When you have the prequesite number of posts, you may select an avatar. Quality, not quanity is the goal.

Negative, NDD. "Edit avatar" has not changed, it sitll won't let me choose one. Surgicalcric is the only other SF Candidate I've seen with an avatar and he's always had his (since before the different user grouping).
