Trespasser found stuck in water pipe
 

I trust that they are giving this guy a real hard look. I could certainly come up with at least one pretty good reason why he might have broken into the water plant.

A New Jersey man was arrested for trespassing on a water treatment plant after getting trapped head first in a 20-inch vertical pipe, wearing just shorts and a jacket, for four hours.
