I've been hospitalized twice for atrial fibrillation. I believe the anxiety of a plane crash could result in that for someone who has had a history of it, especially if they're out of shape. It is interesting that she had no history of heart problems, but she didn't look like she was in the best health ironically.

I was on a commercial plane leaving Hawaii once, when the power shut off temporarily during a lightning storm near Mt. Haleakala. I've heard the Air Force Maui Optical and Supercomputing Observatory actually doubles as a storm generating center, that results in high levels of electrical activity at the summit. Maybe they used their kung-fu to take her out.
