I say give him his wish and drop him there in Somalia, with nothing but his underwear. Let him meet and greet his fellow revolutionaries, and see how they live.

If he makes it back alive, we could take up a collection for his cause. If something should happen to him, like his head get sawed off by his comrades, well, I guess he just learned a valuable life lesson a bit too late.
