Tattoo password
When 2.3 seconds is just too long to authenticate...
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technolog...passwords.html Looks like a technology prone to all kinds of government abuse. National ID comes to mind... Have a feeling that many in this country would object to using such technology due to religious convictions. :munchin |

Hmmm... Near the end of the article there's a bit about a microchip that you swallow called a "digital authentication pill". Cashless transactions are common. Many transactions are illegal without verifying identification. Add to that the potential for "tattoo authentication" technology. Downright brazen. No thanks, I'll pass. |

We just spent 4 days at Disney World with the G-Kids. Stayed at the Contemporary. Disney is using RFID chips in a bracket they give you when you register.
It is linked to your room & CC, so you can charge your food, trinkets, golf, what ever. You can also use it to reserve a position in line for rides. They use a 6 digit pin for security. The fact that you don't use cash or cc makes sense. The fact that they are tracking you like a coon dog is a bit unsettling.. I used the loo in Fantasy Land, the speaker in the seat politely suggested I use two(2) sheets rather than my normal one(1).. Seemed worrisome, but reasonable?? :munchin |
