General Relief

Generals rarely get relieved for imcompetence in combat operations. Its usually ethical violations. At least since Korea.

I am reading "The Generals" by Tom Ricks" Here is a bit of discussion about the book.

Knowing when to relieve a General officer during combat can save lives and complete a mission. I think, like in any unit, it is a matter of knowing your subordinates, their tendencies, and communication.

As far as making their ethical violations public, if its criminal, fine. If its not, treat them like any other soldier.
