IT boils down to them not keeping their cooter clean in a relatively CONTROLLED environment (FOB) where they have no one to blame but themselves for not washing their nasty crotch.
The "self test so they don't have to approach a medic 'OFTEN A MAN':rolleyes: for medication" is fucking laughable.
