Didn't want to hijack the car thread.

So, you've left the car anyway or were forced out by a chinese taxi driver. What do you protect yourself with? Concealed weapons are not allowed.

For women: You have a veritable arsenal in your purse, any of which will help you dissengage and get the hell out of Dodge. Nail file (stabbing, slashing) credit card (slashing) ink pen/pencile (stabbing) pepper spray (all women should have this) keys (stabbing slashing). The objective is to get away, not fight a war. All of these items hurt like shit when applied properly and will usually give you a chance to get away.

What else do you carry, how can you use it?

Now, if I'm with my wife, especially at night. A carry my Harsey special, which is readily accessible. ;)

Went to the theatre to see the Lion King on Sat. Carried it wearing a suit and tie.

Funny you should say that. In college in CO we studied several murder cases. One that baffeled LEO in the early 80s was a man found dead in a house with a hole in the forehead. Long story short, he was killed with a stelletto high heel to the frontal lobe.

What about open carry?

AZ is an open carry state.... :D

Surefire w/ GG&G impact device, pen, prybaby, folder (or a composite knife ;) ), keys, paperclip, palmpilot and mp3 player in a fanny pack used as a Manriki Gasari. The palm and mp3 are a last resort due to the fact that it would cost me alot of cash to replace both.

Which Prybaby did you get, and how do you like it?

Actually I'm just ordered one. I will write up an eval when I get it.
