Has Barry cut the SEAL's budget to the point they don't get gloves??

The LTJG and his team also needs hair cuts..

During the 68th anniversary of D-Day, special operations troops stationed in Europe performed a High-Altitude Low-Opening demonstration at Mont Saint Michel in France.

Fine lookin'

Fine lookin' set of young lads to me.

I can remember a few lads myself - when set off to the barber shop came back the 1st time with a 30 cent estimate.

And then the "We'll be gone 30 days - get a 30 day haircut." "Dude your 30 day haircut is only going to last 48 hours. We're packin' the hand clippers - and I know how to use them I think."

JJ you're to tense, need to lighten up.

I agree.

With the exception of the blue uniforms that they wear while on ship..........

Hmmm.......blue uniforms to camouflage you from the water that you may or may not fall in to.

Im guessing the same panel decided on that one as the one that decided on the ACU.

:D

No they were goddamn phD's compared to the Army. At least that blue uniform blends in with the water. The ACUs don't blend in any operating environment anywhere.

When you're drowning who wants to blend in?

Public Safety announcement, Please read before you go on, near, under the water.

"How did this captain know, from fifty feet away, what the father couldn’t recognize from just ten? Drowning is not the violent, splashing, call for help that most people expect. The captain was trained to recognize drowning by experts and years of experience. The father, on the other hand, had learned what drowning looks like by watching television. If you spend time on or near the water (hint: that’s all of us) then you should make sure that you and your crew knows what to look for whenever people enter the water. Until she cried a tearful, “Daddy,” she hadn’t made a sound. "

Balkan flip on the sleeves (Where ya at 10th Groupers?), hands in pockets....shades in place.

Other than the cammo pattern, hard to tell from some other groups of young guys from days past.

Jusssss sayin' :D

we had seals onboard in 83 when we deployed to beirut...easy to spot...huge shoulders and backs...very quiet...longer hair..camos...and they tapped their tray twice in the chow line...they got hooked up...

Actually, they blend with gravel, smoke, fog, and my hair. Well, I mean before I went back to living a lie and darkening it. Hey, what can I say? I was going to suck-start a Glock if I had to endure another hot little co-ed try and pick me up for her recently divorced, very handsome, career businesswoman of a mother, who is at least 10 years older than me.

But I digress.

So as long as we keep the fight to really big gravel pits, in the early morning, and with a unit of nothing but gray-hairs smoking cigars to do the fighting, we'll be okay. :D

There are a lot of really good movies out there based solely on THAT scenario.

Nothin's sadder for a 55YO then a 35YO complainin' 'bout 45YO women. :D

So you're sayin gray hair's the ticket?

Utah Bob 06-08-2012 15:39
