HOPE MILLS - A second bear sighting was reported in Hope Mills on Wednesday morning, but authorities say there's no reason for anyone to be alarmed.

"He's just passing through," said Capt. Joel Acciardo of the Hope Mills Police Department. "More than likely, he's on his migratory path and probably headed toward the creek."...................

Not the first time. They usually cruise through Fayetteville following the creeks. Had one up a tree one time in a trailer park near the Murk & Pamalee.
