The libs and the OWS'rs are running with this big time. They want to make it sound like we are now going to be under martial law and that people will start disappearing into Gitmo or some other unknown location.

I am not worried that anyone is coming in the night for me but this does seem like it is direct violation of our Fourth and Fifth Amendment Rights.

This bill has good intentions but it is also one more small reduction of our freedoms.

We have the right man in place to misuse such powers, but then again he doesn't really need it since he has a panache for fulfilling his power lust through edict by Executive Order.

When Glen Beck, Rush, Savage and Alex Jones are silenced, and the Tea Party gatherings start getting tear gassed I will start to worry, until then there ain't much to get concerned about it.
