It's currently not on Netflix in any language. They sometimes take a while to get newer films.

However, when I searched for "Brest Fortress," Netflix suggested "Breasts: A Documentary" (in English!)

These museums are enormous and contain indoor and outdoor exhibits. There are guided tours and English exhibit captions. I've been to these places five or six times and still haven't seen everything.
