Another African country with a north/south Muslim/Christian split. Another election. Which leader will win? The story is about what he's done in his province.

Those in power will say and do anything to remain in power, and those not in power will do and say anything to gain power. Politics - with or without guns, religion, ethnic conflict, etc.
