I would add, they operate under a certain anount of 'pre-operative' instructions. What is exciting, is the scalability of it all. Imagine, constructing outposts or FOB's, weeks or months in advance of occupation?

Beit, Chinese in the 11th century or the British in 1700's (Americas), insurgency only begins after occupation, build what you need, I'll take what I want.
