Germany bans weapon exports to Mexico
 

The government of Germany has officially ordered Heckler & Koch to stop selling weapons to the government of Mexico. I know the Mexican military is equipped with G36's and G3's, but I am not sure how much practical impact it will have, versus the Germans looking good politically. Someone lettered in this field of experience is better suited to critique this...

What's interesting is that Heckler & Koch, at least according to what the article says, might be selling weaponry in violation to German laws....
